Heading - Welcome
Our team of professionals take pride in delivering the results our Clients seek. This personal commitment, combined with the use of specialist management techniques, has earned our Company the privilege of working on some of Australia's most prestigious developments. Development projects involve, by definition, a once only effort to produce a required result. Each project is unique, with its own particular environment and set of circumstances shaping its nature. No matter how great the concept, each project has its own risk profile, which must be addressed to ensure success. Given such circumstances, there is no substitute for experience.

Our policy is to assign experienced personnel to projects and to provide support and supervision to ensure that they achieve successful results. We do not spread our people thinly over projects and we carefully recruit and develop all of our management consultants.

We believe that it is because of the above strategy that we have an unequalled record of successful project deliveries.

We consider our team of professional consultants and support staff to be the best in the industry. Extensively trained and experienced, our managers have diverse backgrounds primarily in property and construction related disciplines including architecture, engineering, building and quantity surveying. Our skills are also broadened by the employment of bankers, economists and MBA graduates.

This broad base of expert knowledge allows us to tailor and refine our services to meet the precise needs of our clients. It also allows us to negotiate with consultants on an equal footing, resulting in an informed understanding of the nature of a project, and its difficulties.

Experience brings a healthy respect for the risks involved, and determination to mitigate their effect.

“Management can be learnt but Leadership is something that can’t be learnt, it comes from within”

In selecting staff our key criteria is their leadership and their management skills. When our clients hand over responsibility for the successful delivery of their project it must be managed competently by a leader with experience that is able to empathise with their desired outcome. In simple terms we select staff on the CREEK principle. Commitment, Responsibility, Empathy, Enthusiasm, Knowledge. It is because of this policy that we are able to offer personnel who will deliver the client vision.
