We view our Client’s development proposal as an investment in its core business, not as a property development project. Consequently, the development must pass the economic tests of starting a new business venture. It must be organized and managed on a business basis, having clearly defined goals, a sound business plan, accurate monitoring and reporting, highly skilled personnel, and first rate leadership.
Extension of Client’s Organisation
PPM operates as an extension of its Client’s
organisation. We put a large effort into
understanding our Client’s business, goals, work
practices and corporate culture so that when we are
representing the Client, we are representing its
interests faithfully.
Dedication of Personnel to Projects
A director of PPM is responsible for the
strategic planning aspects of the project and
will personally oversee the provision of our
services throughout the life of the project. An
experienced project manager is selected to
manage the operational aspects of the
project from commencement to
commissioning and handover of the
completed project.
The number of staff and breadth of experience enables us to cope easily with peak workloads and bring specialized expertise to the project where required.
